Prices have gone down, the new mill has helped to lower costs. The cut costs have dropped 12%, a three year low.

If you purchase lumber from me:

The cost formula is very simple. Logs cost added to sawmill

costs, see current prices below.

If I cut your logs:

The formula is: Move the log cost

board foot cut charge, based on the type

of cutting you need.

Current prices (July , 2011):

Purchased lumber:

Purchased Western Red Cedar boards $1.25/bf, price increases as board size increases

Purchased Fir boards  varies between $0.90 to  $1.00/bf, price increases for beams to $1.25/bf or if you purchase the whole log then the price is the lower amount.

Cutting your logs:

Move, varies call, there are several options here,

General cutting with mix of 1″ and 2″ boards $.45/bf

Additional charges will apply to beams, quarter sawing and

cutting all 1″.

Delivery at $50/hr.
