You may wish to have a wood floor that matches the style of your home or just a single room. The Country Style Flooring from Brideck Enterprises is well suited for the Cottage, or Bungalow, or Farmhouse.

The Country Style is comprised of wide planks that have tongue and grove on the long edges. The knots, and natural changes of the wood grain are not removed but rather an important part of the new floor. The result is a floor that shouts character; the look is quite magnificent (each floor will be unique and can not be confused with the synthetic or fabricated materials commonly used today).

Installation and finishing can be done with simple hand tools and is certainly within the capability of the homeowner or DIY. The floor is installed using the common installation method of floor nailing; adhesive can be combined with the nailing to strengthen the floor system. This remarkable finish is achieved by drum sanding to 100 grit and the squeegee application of a water based clear finish.
